REFUNDS ON ALBUMS & BOOKS
There are no refunds on albums or books. The reason is because there is lots of work involved in the process.
If an album or books is delivered in a damaged state, you can apply for a new one, doing the following:
- Take a picture of the damaged album, 24 hours upond receiving it, and send it to email@example.com
- If the book is elegible for trade, ship it to the adress that will be sent to you and wait for a new one to arrive. That´s it.
- All the shipping costs will be covered by us.
